Return Policy

At Columbia Structure, we stand behind the quality of our pole barn kits and want to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Please review the return policy below before purchasing.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non defective products purchased within the United States. All returned items must meet the following conditions:

• Products must be new and unused.
• All materials must be in their original condition and packaging.
• The return request must be made within 2 days of delivery.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products within the same 2 day window. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Return Methods

Returns may be completed using one of the following methods:

• By mail
• At a drop off location

Return Label

A free return label is included in the package. Use the included label to return eligible products at no cost.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
